The various visits to the different museums around Singapore have enlightened us in many ways. These visits have enabled us to gain a greater insight into Singapore’s arts culture heritage. With a whole day spent in the museum, not only is one able to learn about Singapore’s rich history but Singapore’s unique ways and culture. The visits have been nothing but enriching, we have discovered many interesting facts about Singapore. In addition we have learnt how to appreciate our present after viewing the conditions in the past. It is such a pity that Singapore has so much to offer yet not many people are willing to learn and appreciate. As a group we definitely encourage Singaporeans and tourists to explore Singapore arts, culture and heritage, it is a must see attraction.

As Singapore is a multi-racial society, our origins trace back to many different sets of roots from the past. This makes Singapore’s tourism industry particularly rich in culture and heritage as what we have to showcase to the tourists from the rest of the world can surpass beyond that of just one culture or heritage.

However, we feel that the arts category of the Singapore tourism industry is not rich enough to put Singapore at an advantageous position because Southeast Asia is a very attractive destination for the arts. The 2 main outlets for arts are the Singapore Art Museum and the Esplanade. To enjoy a satisfying exploration at the Esplanade, most of the time, tourists need to fork out high prices to watch the performances. As for the Singapore Art Museum, we feel that it is not sufficient to showcase the arts our country is capable of showing off.

Overall, we can expect that the tourism industry boost as a result of the integrated resorts will definitely increase visitors for the arts, culture, and heritage category of the tourism industry. Therefore, it is important to improve Singapore as a tourist attraction so as to enhance the tourists' holiday experience and the appreciation they will show for our local arts, culture, and heritage!
